Bio-Ergonomics analyzes how we use our bodies at work.

Alexander Technique teaches us how to move - walk, sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, - easily, efficiently.

Together they form the BEAT:

The BEAT is a proven, safe, self-care method that ends the pain, stress and muscular tension caused by everyday misuse of the body.  People who learn this unique method can enhance their movement, function and performance skills.

BEAT training is the user's manual for the body.  When you re-educate employees to use their bodies better, you give them skills for self-monitoring and improvement.  While ergonomics programs adapt the workplace, equipment and the task to fit the person, the BEAT addresses the maladaptive habits of the workers themselves.

It teaches people to put ergonomic principles into practice.
